How do you handle returns or exchanges?

The Member authorizes ShipCred to charge the payment method for all services or account activity with ShipCred. Such charges may include but are not limited to membership dues, shipping and handling charges, return/reroute fees, storage charges, late charges, and any optional services. Failure to provide payment for services rendered at the time of service may result in late charges, stop shipment charges, suspension of service, cancellation of membership, and involuntary return or the discarding of any remaining merchandise, so if you have any doubt always contact our live chat.

What does Personal Shopper do?

Incase you are unable to purchase an order from Indian stores or facing issues to make the payment, then personal shopper can place the order or buy the product on behalf of you.

What are the Prohibited Items?

Can I cancel a shipment after it's been booked?

Once your order of placement is confirmed, and the parcel is dispatched then we can not cancel the order.
