    • Refund And Canecellation Policy


    ShipCred charges for shipping cost based on the weight and dimensions of the shipments. It will be charged according to the weight or the dimensions. ShipCred charges for shipping, maintaining, storage charges etc. It also includes the late charges. Failure to provide the payment of any case may result in late charges. It may even stop the shipments, suspension of your service which may lead to Canecellation of membership. ShipCred allows its users to store parcels for 30 days at no cost. After 30 days, users need to pay for the storage of the parcel per day. Prohibited items will not be stored at our warehouse. Claims for the lost and damaged parcels must be filled within the limitations guided by ShipCred. To cancell any shipment, users need to inform ShipCred brfore starting the shipping process.

    Billing


    ShipCred do not charge recursive fee. All transactions are initiated by user also we do not save any billing related data. We use third party payment gateways such as razorpay & payu, etc to process all orders.
